Think of a coach as someone who walks along side you; they don’t lead, or tell you where to go, but gently make suggestions and point out options. There are often several ways to reach a destination but sometimes we can’t see past the most obvious route, even though it may not be the most straight forward one.

A coach helps you to look at all your options, explore what is blocking you from seeing alternative paths, and provides accountability as you set yourself small targets on your journey. A coach provides a safe, non-judgemental space for you to explore your options and make progress towards living the life you want to live.
